If you present more than one paper, please pay one complete fee plus one reduced fee per each additional paper, as specified below.

We understand that the paperwork will take you time, and we do not fix any specific deadline or late fee. But please help us by paying as soon as you can, we will greatly appreciate it!
We cannot guarantee any refund if we already spent the money on preparation of the conference. This is not a commercial conference: we spend all collected money on the organization, and we have no leftover funding from which to refund.

payment proof (a receipt generated by the online system or a scanned image of a
physical receipt). In the body of the message please indicate the paper ID
and title. (If paying with PayPal, no need: we will see your payment in the
system.)
Please keep the payment proof (a printout or the physical receipt) and just in case have it with you at the registration when you come to the conference.
