Submission Page

To register your paper and submit its full text, please enter the automated system and follow the instructions. The first time you enter, you should register your username and get a password. Keep your username and password for further access.

When registering your paper, choose between full and short paper modality (up to 12 or up to 4 pages).

Also indicate whether the first author is a full-time student, whether the presenting author is a full-time student (thus you plan to pay a student fee), and whether you request fee waver. These options are independent, tick as many as applicable. If you request fee waver, read carefully the explanation on the main page, Registration, and contact us for justification. No student fee, fee waver, or discount application will be considered later if you have not ticked the corresponding option when registering your paper. Specifically, not marking the student fee option implies that you plan to pay the full fee.

Also indicate the topics and keywords for your paper. Choose as many as applicable. A paper can be assigned several topics.

When registering your paper, you do not have to upload the full text (a PDF file), though you can. You may upload the PDF file for your registered paper by the main text submission deadline. While uploading the PDF file for already registered papers is possible until the main text submission deadline (October 24), registering new papers will not be possible after paper registration deadline (passed, but extended: please try to access the submission page to see if your submission still can be registered). If a PDF file of a paper does not correspond to its registered title and abstract, the paper will be automatically rejected. Here we mean serious conceptual mismatch (a different paper from the registered one); changes in the title and abstract that preserve the main idea are OK. Also, we reserve the right to automatically reject papers exceeding the page limit.

Since the review process is blind, the PDF file you upload  MUST NOT CONTAIN AUTHORS' NAMES  or any information revealing authors' identity, otherwise the paper may be automatically rejected. (When later uploading your camera-ready version, do not forget to indicate the authors' names.)
