You only need to specify the data that the bank asks you for, maybe they do not need all data specified here. If possible, please specify the reason of payment (with the name of the event and your name), but if this is impossible, it is OK without it.

After you pay, please keep the receipt (payment proof), scan it, and send it to me by email, with a subject "CICLing-2006 payment receipt." This is necessary for us to get the money out of the account. In the same message please specify:
