CICLing-2004 early registration instructions;
authors must register now!
[Payment is obligatory for publication! Please read on.]
Dear CICLing-2004 participant,
The Organizing Committee has defined the way of payment of the registration fee;
see below.
Participants eligible for early registration should pay before NOVEMBER 30.
Please note that eligible for early registration are those who reserved their early registration by contacting us before November 10, including the authors of submitted papers. (All authors of submitted papers are eligible for early registration.)
By the instructions of our hosting organization and by the
corresponding decision of the local Organizing Committee responsible for
financial issues, we clarify that, in accordance with the common practice at
most international conferences:
(1) Participants (including authors) that do not present a proof of their
payment (bank receipt, see below) by November 30 will not be eligible for early registration.
(2) For each ACCEPTED PAPER, at least one (co-)author must register by the early
registration deadline. We will not be able to publish a paper for which we do
not receive the proof of payment by this deadline.
(3) With one registration, publication of ONLY ONE PAPER (full or short) of
which the corresponding person is a (co-)author is included. Authors of more
than one paper should pay separate registration fees for each paper.
